As experienced architects and general planners of data centers, we master all the special requirements of users and operators. These include, for example, the quality levels according to Tier 3 and Tier 4 or ISO/IEC 2237 for data centers. Our planning ensures compliance with all site-related and national building regulations. We provide effective failure protection through the redundant design of technical systems and ensure the required IT performance. Building design with a high degree of prefabrication is also one of our areas of expertise. In our planning, we take into account environmental requirements in accordance with the German Federal Emission Protection Act (BImSchG) as well as energy efficiency and certification specifications. Railway buildings are a special planning area that differs in important aspects from other planning tasks. We are familiar with the specific railway standards (RIL) as well as the special approval and inspection procedures of the Federal Railway Authority (EBA).

All eventualities firmly under control
Numerous technical and organizational aspects have to be taken into account when planning the conversion or refurbishment of existing stations. The station management, the rail network operators and many other parties involved must be included in the planning. Every measure must be subjected to a risk assessment according to CSM.
We master these aspects in every detail and our planning also fulfills all requirements for maintenance and inspection of the structures we plan. As early as the design planning stage, we therefore take into account the organization of the construction work, for example with regard to the use of logistics trains, measures for safe passenger routing and the need for track closure times.

The power of optimal planning
We guide railway projects safely to their destination: the planning basis for reconstructions and refurbishments are as-built models created by us on the basis of 3D point clouds and the as-built plans. Our planning takes into account the process requirements specific to the railway, the application of the BIM methodology in accordance with the specifications of Deutsche Bahn, as well as the special testing and approval processes involving those authorized to submit construction documents in accordance with the Administrative Regulation on Construction (VV Bau) and the technical specialists.
