In case we do acquire, process and use person-related data, we shall only do this to fulfil the specific explicit purpose stated. Here, we are careful to operate only within the scope of the valid legal stipulations, otherwise only with your explicit approval. According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right, at any time to obtain, free of charge, information regarding your stored data, as well as, if applicable, the right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. According to Art. 21 GDPR, in the cases described there, you can raise an objection against the processing of your data.

Right of revocation and objection
We would like to point out that you can revoke, at any time, for future effect, any declaration of consent you have given us regarding data protection. Insofar as the acquisition of data is a legal requirement (e.g. list of architects) there is no right of revocation.

You have the right of objection with the responsible governing authority for data protection:

Data security
We also employ technical and organizational security measures to make sure that personal data which we have collected or received is protected – in particular against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or against the attacks of unauthorized persons. Our security measures are constantly improved in accordance with the technical development. For identification when supplying data, the input of a user-defined password or another suitable authentication can be requested. Via HTTPS, the data are protected against third party access, to the extent that the user employs our recommended method of data transfer.
Data protection with applications and application procedures
The controller responsible for processing gathers and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure. The processing can also take place electronically. This is in particular the case if the applicant transmits the corresponding application documents to the controller for processing electronically, e.g. via E-mail, or uses a web form on an internet site. If the responsible controller for the application makes an employment contract with the applicant, the transmitted data are stored for the purpose of concluding an employment relationship - taking into consideration the statutory regulations. If the controller does not make a contract with the applicant, the application documents are automatically deleted two months after the rejection decision, insofar as the deleting does not conflict with the legitimate interests of the controller. Such a legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, the burden of proof in proceedings according to the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
