If there is already a tenant who is interested, we compare his requirements with the building and the existing structure and convert this into individual planning for a modern, flexible workplace design. Furthermore, with building descriptions, cost detailing and floor space information, we provide all the important documents for contractual agreements between landlord and tenant.
