• .bieker activates office building in Frankfurt

  03/26/2021 ›LINK‹ to a modern world of work - After the granting of planning permission the revitalisation of the ›LINK‹ office building in ›City West‹ of Frankfurt is now entering the execution phase. Completion of the common areas is scheduled for November 2021.
• Tobias Euler appointed to the board

  06/03/2019 The supervisory board of the .bieker AG has appointed the architect Dipl.-Ing. Tobias Euler (47) as a director of the company with effect from 1st June 2019. Mr. Euler will be responsible for the Technical Buildings department. The management board of the Frankfurt architecture firm now consists of three members: Peter Bieker (chairman), Inke Neundorf (portfolio development) and Tobias Euler.

  02/05/2019 The architects firm .bieker Nord is a new foundation by the Frankfurt architects .bieker together with the Hanover architect Frank-Florian Liebe, who also takes on the position of managing director of the new company. Together, both partners want to invigorate the architecture scene in northern Germany.

  12/10/2018 On behalf of Talanx Immobilien Management GmbH, the .bieker AG planned the tenant improvements in the office building at Neue Mainzer Straße 12-14 in Frankfurt. The building has been rented for a long term to a financial services company. The work was completed in July and the tenant moved in at the end of August 2018.

  08/30/2018 .bieker completely renovating the property in the Bolongarostraße in Frankfurt-Höchst. The commerce areas as well as the entrances to the residential units are being redesigned. The largest part of the office space has been rented in the long term to the Höchst Jobcenter.
