The .bieker AG is a firm of architects which is continuously developing. With 60 employees, we design, plan, form and construct buildings and spaces. People are at the focus of our work. This philosophy is our key to understanding architecture and dictates our actions in a project. It determines the nature of our cooperation in the team and with our clients.

In our work, we concentrate on creating spaces for people, spaces and rooms which have quality and character. The designing of surfaces and facades is a function of the requirements of the task and the space, not for its own sake.

We listen attentively to our clients and place great value on transparency and open communication. Our management system according to DIN ISO 9001 safeguards the consistent high quality of our work – from the first contact to the successful completion of the project.
Professional competence
Whether in advising, planning or building management – the quality of our work is generated by the professional competence of our staff. We regularly participate in education programmes and mutually convey our knowledge in internal forums.

Inke Neundorf
Architect Dipl.-Ing.
Director
As a company director, Inke Neundorf is responsible for the departments Working Worlds and Portfolio Development. After completing her degree in architecture at Hanover University, in 1998, she commenced her career in Stade, Lower Saxony, and in 2000 she moved to the company RKW in Frankfurt am Main. In 2005, she came to .bieker and in 2012, she took on the task of office manager there before being appointed to the board of directors of the .bieker AG in 2016.
Tobias Euler
Architect Dipl.-Ing.
Director
Since June 2019, Tobias Euler is a director of the .bieker AG. After completing his diploma at the RWTH Aachen in 2001, the architect started his career with the Frankfurt architects firm Christl+Bruchhäuser. In 2015, he came to .bieker AG as a project manager, and already in 2016, he took on a leadership role as head of planning. Tobias Euler is responsible for the Technical Buildings department.

2003
Peter Bieker founded .bieker architects.
2005
.bieker also becomes general planner. We plan office space in Cologne, bank branch offices throughout the country and a mobile exhibition building which is built in Shanghai.
2008
Frankfurt discovers our firm. We complete offices in the districts Westend, Ostend, Börsenplatz and in Eschborn.
2010
The tasks become more diversified. We plan a student hall of residence, a prayer room, a fitness studio and children's playgrounds.
2012
Transformation of the company .bieker into a stock corporation
2014
First project for the new business field of technical buildings: a computer centre.
2015
Foundation of a new business location in Hanover.
2016
Inke Neundorf is appointed to the board of directors.
2018
Our branch office in Hanover becomes the independent legal entity .bieker Nord GmbH. Frank-Florian Liebe, the office manager beforehand, now becomes the managing director.
2019
Tobias Euler is appointed to the board of directors.
The advisory board
The advisory board is staffed with experts from different professional backgrounds. As well as their supervisory responsibility, these executives are important impulse generators for the strategic orientation and the further development of the company. With their many years of experience and their valuable, practical knowledge, the members of the advisory board contribute to the success of the .bieker enterprise. In particular though, they provide us with team spirit – the characteristic which is the tangible basis, throughout the company, for successful cooperation and excellent corporate performance.
Peter Bieker LL.M.
Architect Dipl.-Ing.
Chairman
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, born in 1968, founded his own office in Frankfurt am Main in 2003. As the founder of the .bieker Group, he now assumes consulting and management tasks for the company.
RA Christiane Bieker (attorney)
Chairwoman of the advisory board, born 1973, for many years, she has supported company management in matters of industrial law and personnel questions. Today, she works as a business coach, mediator and as a lawyer focussing on labour law.
Dipl. Ing. Peter Tölzel, CIS HypZert (F/M)
Born in 1965, Mr. Tölzel has worked for over 20 years in real estate evaluation as well as in strategic management consulting. After holding responsible positions in German banks, since 2008, he is a director of an internationally active management consulting enterprise.
